MuskHQ aggregates public information about Tesla and related companies (charts, promise tracking, autonomy metrics, commentary, segment data). The current product is a free public beta. Features, data coverage, and availability may change without notice. Paid features may launch later; research content remains free during beta unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout or in-product.
MuskHQ is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Tesla, Inc., Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX), xAI, X Corp., Neuralink, The Boring Company, or Elon Musk. Trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
If we introduce paid plans, billing will be handled by a payment processor (e.g. Stripe). Prices, plan names, and included features will be shown at purchase. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until canceled. Taxes may apply. We do not store full card numbers on MuskHQ servers; the processor handles payment credentials.
During free public beta, no payment is required for core research tools. Optional sign-in may still be offered for profiles without charging you.
When paid subscriptions exist: you may cancel any time through the account or billing portal we provide; access continues through the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refunds, if any, follow the policy shown at checkout (default: 7-day refund request window for first-time paid subscriptions if you have not materially abused the service, or as otherwise stated at checkout). Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Joining the email waitlist is optional. We store the address you submit to ping you about Tesla/BEV/earnings/promise alerts. You can request deletion via the contact email below.
Sign-in is optional during public beta. If you provide an email or use Google (or similar) sign-in, you are responsible for that identity and for activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke abusive or automated accounts.
MuskHQ UI, original copy, and aggregation design are ours. Third-party data, logos, and filings remain the property of their owners. You may not copy the product wholesale or rebrand it as your own.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuskHQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from use of the service—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing (free beta).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MuskHQ and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise in your place of residence.
We may update these terms as the product moves from free beta toward paid SaaS features. Material billing changes will be reflected at checkout and/or by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
